Sometimes, it takes an almighty wake up call to force you into making your dreams come true. This was certainly the case when, in 2020, in the midst of the Covid pandemic that Neil & Lisa decided that it was ‘now or never’ to take a leap of faith and build the bar & restaurant they had always talked about.

On the 1^st July 2020, they became the proud owners of a gutted 300sqm ex-kitchen showroom and so began 13 months of 14 hour days, 7 days per week transforming the building into the place of their dreams.

On 27^th July 2021, 2 very tired people and their brand new team opened the Tipsy teapot with its unique cocktails in teapots and tapas in trees!
